Some relatives of mine watched it in Australia also a  few people in Basel 
and Madrid.
 
Possible the US/Canada have blocked it to protect their own media rights.  
It is coming out as a dvd shortly but I think it will be transmitted by your 
 local TV channels.
 
Looking back into history fascinates me, you can learn so  much.
