Those are the best, Moviola, you could change the long shaff for short and
the gear in work well.Stay away of craig stuff and hollywod how got all the
time issued with clotch or gear.
On the top it's a screw to adjusting the tension.

Watch out if you want rewind fresh film or no exposed film...
First the tape around the film can some when you remove them in the dark
made light ?
Watch for static do not turn the film too fast.
Clean all the tool

A tip
       If you wet your finger with your saliva when you touch the film with
your wet finger if you have tendency to stick it's the emulsion side.( a
good thing to know )
       Use a split reel.
       Using a card with mark on it mesured in number of feet of film like
for the
Russian core in metal for the 200ft mag
      1 inche and 1/4 it's a bit over 100 ft  on the Russian core
      1 inche and 7/16 it's            145 ft
      1  inche  and 11/16              167 ft
