HI guys, it look like i found the motor i need ...
and here i have done the "home test" .... to define CONSTANCE of speed ... 
and Revolution/sec range ....

Simple , i film at 60 fps with canon 7D and place a mark each full 360 ...
conclusion : the motor take 71 frames to give full 360 ... and this at 60 
fps , so i have my revolution/second rate ready ....

and i can see constance , making a cut /mark each rev ... and IN OUT measure 
, i obtain all time 71 frames .... i have done during 60 seconds
so the motor is CONSTANT SPEED !!!!
i give him a regulated 12V power source (8 Amps to be sure !) .... and a UPS 
to the 110 V plug so all is perfect ...
now i will mount it to the ARRI and have around 2fps ...

this canon serve me to many other things too !
thinking about a colimator for OCT19 lenses too ...
